Our Fee Structure

We are delighted to serve our clients in the best possible way. For prospective new clients, or existing clients whose needs have changed, we offer a free of charge initial consultation. This helps us to explore your requirements in detail and helps you to understand the services we provide. Following this initial consultation we will make a formal offer of our services in writing setting out all costs and the scope of work we intend to undertake. We firmly believe that you the client should have no surprises or hidden charges in our services. The set up costs we incur in establishing our knowledge of the practice and obtaining information from your existing accountants are not charged.

For accounts, taxation and most general advice we normally quote a fixed price annual sum payable by 12 equal monthly instalments. This gives you access to our services at any time without the need to agree a new fee structure, provided your overall requirements have not changed. For future years unless there is a change in scope, our fees on this basis will be subject to indexation only. Again, this ensures you get continuity of service with no hidden surprises.

For special requirements, one-off or ad hoc advice we would normally charge on an hourly basis based on the time spent on the project. Clearly it is difficult to be more specific, but we would be happy to quote in advance for any particular assignment should you so require it.
